It's not about the lazy loading. It's about the ability to define an interceptor in a lazy-loaded module. Currently, it's isolated from the main HTTP client because it's creating a new HTTP client instance. You can use it to provide specific interceptors for a particular feature. It can be custom headers, debugging, error handling, etc.
